                                                         Personal Assistant
 
Duties:
Assisting the Director of Magical Moments with personal and business assistance. This is a part time position with the ability to become full time.
 
Requirements
Must be dependable, with transportation, lap top, personal phone and references.
 
 
                                                        Customer Services Sales
 Duties:
Assisting clients and consumers with new enrollments and inquires about Magical Moments Assistance Services. This is a Work From Home Position.Commission Based
 
Requirements:
The age of 18 or older. Good comunication and verbal skills. Must speak English. Home based phone/ unlimited cell phone carrier.Internet service with computer is perfered but not required.Ability to work alone or in a group.Sales desire with the ability to stand or sit for 3 to 5 hours daily.
                                                    
 
 
                                                         Magical Moments Agents
 
Duties:
Assisting clients with researching, event planning, running errands, appointments,and any services the client may request.(per company guidelines we only offer professional legal services)
                                  
 
Requirements:
H.S Diploma, Good verbal and written english skills.Some college courses perferred, or currently in college.Customer Service and Communication skills a must. Data entry, Excel, Microsoft, and Powerpoint presentation skills. Two years of verifying employment.Valid Drivers License. Good Driving Record( No Warrants) Insurance. Must pass background and drug test. Laptop/Desktop with wireless internet services.Strong minded, independent candidates will be hired only. This is a work from home position, that will require you to attend training and meet deadlines. Uniform will be worn when needed.Agents are required to handle between 4 to 6 accounts at all times.
 
  
 
                                                         House Keepers:
 
Duties:
Assisting clients and agents with housekeeping services when needed.Must be flexible.
 
Requirements:
High School Diploma or Ged,Bi-lingual Perfered.Housekeeping experience.Reliable transportation.Must pass background and drug test. 
 
 
                                                 Magical Moments Secretary
Duties:
You will be handling small business accounts for Magical Moments clients. This position is a home-based position.( Depending on the clients needs and location you may be asked to join there company.)You will be taking calls, following up with inquires, setting appointments, printing, scanning, faxing needed documents. You will be responsible for 3 to 5 business accounts daily.
 
 
Requirments
Customer Service, Great Comunication, Interpersonal, Typing, Excel, Powerpoint, Mircosoft, Emailing, Data Entry, Faxes, Scanning, Telephony, Clerical, Word, Browsing, Researching experience. Must have a fairly new laptop/desktop.Must currently have a home phone with caller id/3-way tools, highspeed internet access, broadband/wifi only.Must past basic assistant test, background and drug test.
 
 
 
                                                           House Sitters
Duties
Assists clients and agents with last minute and plan house sitting when needed. Must be flexible.
 
Requirements
