Q: Are there any sign up fees?
A: Depending on the type of services you need assistance with setup fees may apply, theses fees are normally for the small business owner plans. Contact a rep today for fees that will be required due to the assistance that you are requesting. We offer month to month plans, 6 to 12 month plans, and simple one time project plans.
Q: Do I have to sign a contract? A: No, you are not required to sign a contract, we have plans to fit everyones needs. Some may need more assistance then others. Its totally up to you on what plan you feel will best fit your lifestyle and needs.
Q: How soon can someone assist me with the services I may need?
A: Today, we work fast on getting the job done in a satisfying efficient manner. Be aware that we must gather up all the needed information needed and complete all required proceedures before we assist you. This can be completed within 1 hour depending on the client.
Q:Can I receive an refund if i decide I do not need the services?
A: Yes, you will be refunded for all cancelled orders placed, as long as the agent assign has not completed any assignment requested. In the event the asignment is completed you will be reimbursed at certain percentage.
Q: What if I do not feel comfortable with the agent assign to help me?
A: If its a one day job, you would need to contact the company as soon as possible so that the agent can be replaced. If its a weekly assignment, you will need to contact the company as soon as possible, complete questionaire for quality purpose, and allow 24 to 48 hours to match you with a suitable agents to better assist you.

Q:Would I be protected for things lost or damaged by the agent assisting me?
Yes, we ask our clients to be present with agents at all times when the agent is present at there home or employment. In the event that you experience any lost, damaged and stolen incounters while the agent is present, you will be reimbursed after research and needed evidence is collected. Here at Magical Moments Personal Assistance we screen and hire the best of the best candidates to prevent such events, however we handle our clients and employees compliants very serious.
Q:What if you dont offer assistance with things I need assist with?
We offer everything here at Magical Moments Personal Assistance, if we dont mention it, ask us and we'll create it with our "Create It Option Tool".
Q:Do the agent assigned to my account have to work from my home or office?
Depending on the clients needs, we work away from the home and office, however some clients may want to hire someone to work for them on certain days and hours. We assist with finding the perfect agent to assist you depending on what you need. Most things can be done away from the clients home and office.
